Could it be a necessity-see for someone viewing Charlotte, or even more of the "provided that you like concept parks" location? I wouldn't say Carowinds can be a "need to-see" for somebody going to Charlotte (it's actually not a very exclusive topic park), but in case you are touring with Young ones or trying to neat off at a drinking water park,
